Grillz in Alt-Moabit, Berlin
Alt-Moabit is the long street, and the strip of old Moabit around it, running from the Hauptbahnhof along the Spree towards Turmstraße. It's where the criminal court and its huge red-brick building sit, along with a park built on the site of a former Prussian prison.
For anyone arriving by train, this is the doorstep of Berlin. The Hauptbahnhof brings ICE trains from Hamburg, Munich and Cologne straight in, which is why a fair share of our Alt-Moabit appointments are with people from outside the city who've timed a trip around their impression and fitting.
Locals use the riverside paths and Fritz-Schloß-Park to run and cycle, and the cafés around Kirchstraße are full of people from the ministries nearby.

Asked in Alt-Moabit
I live outside Berlin — do I have to come twice?
Usually yes: once for the impression and once to collect and check the fit. Many people from outside time both around other trips to Berlin.
Can you send the finished piece by post?
We prefer to fit in person so we can adjust it. Ask in the form if that's genuinely impossible for you.
How do I pay the deposit?
We confirm the price and deposit amount by email after your brief, before anything is cast.
