Deposit and timing
We confirm the exact price and deposit amount by email before anything happens. Casting starts once the deposit is in. Plain pieces are ready in 5–10 working days; gold and stone-set pieces in 10–15 working days.
Do home visits cost extra?
We'll tell you up front in the quote if your location needs any travel arrangement. The per-tooth prices never change.
Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit covers material and casting for a piece made only for you, so once casting starts it isn't refundable.
Worked out your number?
Send it over and we'll confirm it with an impression slot.
