Grillz in Köpenick, Berlin

Köpenick feels like its own town because for most of its history it was one. The old town sits on an island where the Dahme meets the Spree, with a baroque palace, a red-brick town hall and the statue of the con man who, in 1906, dressed as a captain and seized the treasury.

Out east lies the Müggelsee, Berlin's biggest lake, ringed by forest. And on match days, the whole area turns red and white for Union Berlin at the Alte Försterei, a stadium fans literally rebuilt with their own hands.

Clients from Köpenick tend to plan around the long trip into town, so we try to keep both appointments close to the S3.

Who books from here

Union fans, families from Altstadt and Friedrichshagen, and people from the lake villages out towards Rahnsdorf.
